Tuesday, May 13th, 11:00am – 1:00pm, Glasscock 308
Outcome: New ideas for projects from materials you bring; potentially the seed of a proposal to the Digital Humanities Program for development support.
Bring your stuff! With summer fast approaching, now might be a good time to dig through that pile of stuff you’ve been wanting to turn into a project but hadn’t quite gotten to yet.
Together with other faculty and James Smith, the college’s Digital Humanities Lead Developer, this workshop will walk you through a process designed to give you some time to think about a new project from material you may have been collecting over the semester or over many years.
You should leave the workshop with some ideas on what you can do to further your next project. If you want to create a digital humanities project, the workshop should give you some ideas that can form the basis of a project proposal that can be submitted to the Digital Humanities Program for development support.
RSVP to jgsmith@tamu.edu by Friday, May 9th. Lunch will be provided.
